Operations & Maintenace
FLOW consortium will provide a comprehensive range of Operations & Maintenance services for lines 3, 4, 5 & 6. This comprises a total length of 113 Kms and 48 stations, including two main iconic stations, five Interchange / Transfer stations, three Depots and three Operation Control Centers (OCCs).
The scope of work is based on global best practices in urban metro networks Operations & Maintenance in the areas of passenger services, metro operations, facility management, transit system maintenance, power supply and electrical systems.

The Multi-National Companies alliance that make up the FLOW Consortium is comprised of HITACHI RAIL STS, FERROVIE DELLO STATO ITALIANE (FS) and ALSTOM. Each of these global companies are part of the FLOW Consortium and have specific objectives and deliverables for the Riyadh Metro project’s Operation and Maintenance scope of work for the network’s line 3,4,5 and 6.
